1. Any order purchasing $80 or more will be FREE shipping!! **the total of items must be $80 or more before shipping costs become free** 2. When ordering online choose shipping option The French Market at checkout. We will prepare your order and notify you through e-mail when it is ready to be picked up. Once notified you will have two weeks to pickup at the store during normal business hours. Please notify us if you are having trouble picking up within the two weeks. Just click on the link The French Market for location and hours. Please note: Please contact us soon as possible if you have any problems picking up your oder. If you fail to notify us after two weeks, we will refund your purchase minus a 30% restocking fee back to your original form of payment. We are unable to hold orders for long periods of time. We work really hard to keep shipping costs low and so we are only charging a flat fee at this time. The Flat rate is based upon total weight of items being shipped per order. Orders weighing 2 bs or under is $8 Orders weighing over 2 lbs is $15 Any order purchasing $80 or more will be FREE shipping!! LOCAL PICKUP OPTION: We also offer free shipping for anyone wishing to pick up items located at our local stockiest - The French Market. Click on link to see location and times. We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

We are locally run business based in the State of Tennessee right outside of Crossville. All items are hand made here in the United States by us.

Most of our custom home decor is made from locally milled lumber right here in the state of Tennessee. Some smaller items used to finish and highlight our handcrafted decor is purchased from other resources to create a beautiful product. We love to shop local and so all our paints and finishes are purchased locally in Crossville or at The French Market. We use Benjamin Moore paints & Jolie Paint on all our products when painting and our stains are Old Masters. We take great care to provide the best finishes. Each Product is finished with a paste wax to keep a matte finish and provide a long lasting seal. Most of our products we use come from years of experience searching for the best finishes possible. We purchase our products from Crossville Paint & Decor & The French Market
