All our pieces are Handcrafted by us. We strive to use all locally milled wood here in Tennessee. Each item is custom designed to highlight the unique parts of the wood. Due to the nature of wood products every prouduct has a unique twist.

We want you to be thrilled with all of your purchases, so we understand sometimes it just doesn't work out. As a small business owner, we will make every effort to provide the best customer service and to make purchasing from us seamless. For all returns please read the following:

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery at twistedfarmhousetn@yahoo.com.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Returns are eligible for a 100% store credit or refund back to your method of payment minus shipping costs.

Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returns will be processed and credit/refund will be issued within 5 business days of delivery to our warehouse.

*** We recommend using USPS or any service you trust that provides tracking when returning. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*** If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Items:

If your online order arrived damaged or defective, please send photos of the damage, your order number, and item name to twistedfarmhousetn@yahoo.com.

Please keep all damages items and packing material for shipping carrier to pick up within 7 days.
Standard shipping orders take 7 to 10 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped from our facility. Processing time could be extended to 7 days during Holidays or sales.

If item is out of stock, please allow 12 to 14 business days to ship as each item is custom made by us.
