SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping & Return Policies

We want you to be thrilled with all of your purchases, so we understand sometimes it just doesn't work out.  As a small business owner, we will make every effort to provide the best customer service and to make purchasing from us seamless.  For all returns please read the following:


Contact us within:   3 days of delivery at twistedfarmhousetn@yahoo.com. We will e-mail you with instructions.


Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.  Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Returns are eligible for a 100% store credit or refund back to your method of payment minus shipping costs.  


Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 


Returns will be processed and credit/refund will be issued within 5 business days of delivery to our warehouse.

*** We recommend using USPS or any service you trust that provides tracking when returning.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  


*** If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Damaged Items:
If your online order arrived damaged or defective, please send photos of the damage, your order number, and item name to twistedfarmhousetn@yahoo.com.  We will e-mail you with instructions.


Please keep all damaged items and packing material for shipping carrier to pick up within 7 days.
